Trailer storage
Trailer storage in West Davenport
Enclosed cargo trailers, car haulers, utility trailers, equipment and landscape trailers. Paved bays that don't sink a tongue jack, aisles wide enough to back into, and cameras that record every aisle.

What it protects against
Storage is insurance you can see.
It's one of the most valuable things you own, and it spends most of the year sitting still. Here's what sitting under our roof prevents.
Trailer theft
Unattended trailers are the single easiest thing to hook and drive off with. A camera-covered lot with on-site staff and 30 days of retained footage is the whole defense.
Tool and cargo loss
An enclosed trailer parked on a job site or a street is a toolbox with wheels. Contractors store here specifically to stop that.
Tongue jacks sinking
Every bay is paved and level. No blocks under the jack, no mud on the coupler, no spring thaw surprise.
Roof and seal degradation
Enclosed trailer roofs are the most common failure point. Covered storage doubles the practical life of the seams.
Ramp and hinge rust
Out of standing water and direct weather, ramp gates, springs and hinges last dramatically longer.
City parking enforcement
Most Quad Cities municipalities ticket long-term trailer parking on public streets. Storing off-street ends it.
Access geometry
The numbers nobody else publishes.
Every site says 'plenty of room'. These are the measurements that decide whether you can get in and out without a spotter.

Questions
Before you call.
Can I store a loaded trailer?
Yes for normal cargo, tools and equipment. No fuel drums, no compressed gas beyond a standard propane bottle, no hazardous materials, and nothing perishable. If you are unsure about a specific load, ask before move-in.
Do you take commercial and contractor accounts?
Yes. Multiple trailers on one monthly invoice, and everyone on the crew comes and goes on their own schedule — the lot is open 24/7, so no one is waiting on a shared code or a gate.
Can I get to my trailer for an early job?
Yes — the lot is open 24/7, so early starts and late pulls are never a problem. No gate, no waiting, no code to forget.
Is there a size you won't take?
Anything over 45 ft or over 16 ft tall doesn't fit our bays. Semi trailers and drop decks are beyond what this site is built for.
Do I need to keep insurance on a stored trailer?
Yes. The storage agreement covers the space, not the trailer or its contents. Keep your commercial or personal policy active and check whether contents in storage are covered.
