87 drive-up units and 35 walk-in units on site, plus the open seasonal lot. Rates are monthly and exclude applicable Iowa sales tax.
Terms
How billing works.
- Month-to-month by default. Season terms (six months) available for off-season boat and camper storage.
- Rent is due on the first. Autopay by card or ACH is available and is what most tenants use.
- One month's rent due at move-in. No administration fee, no mandatory lock purchase, no hidden line items.
- Leave with 30 days written notice. We prorate the final month if you're out early.
- You keep your own insurance on the stored vehicle. The agreement covers the space, not the contents.
