Boat & PWC storage
Boat storage in West Davenport
Runabouts, pontoons, wake boats, cruisers and personal watercraft — on the trailer, under a roof, minutes from the Mississippi. Season terms for the off-season crowd and year-round bays for people who launch most weekends.

What it protects against
Storage is insurance you can see.
It's one of the most valuable things you own, and it spends most of the year sitting still. Here's what sitting under our roof prevents.
UV and gelcoat fade
A season of Iowa sun chalks gelcoat and cracks vinyl. Covered storage is the cheapest gelcoat protection you will ever buy.
Freeze damage
Quad Cities winters hit below zero. Water left in a block or a livewell line costs more to fix than three years of storage.
Hail and ice load
A steel canopy takes the hail so your bimini, windshield and tower don't. Snow load doesn't collapse a shrink-wrap job either.
Outboard and electronics theft
Kickers, props, graphs and trolling motors are the most stolen items on the water. A driveway is a catalog; a camera-covered lot is not.
Rodents and nesting
Mice destroy wiring harnesses and upholstery over a winter. Paved, lit, maintained bays are far less inviting than a tree line.
HOA and city notices
Most Davenport and Bettendorf neighborhoods limit how long a trailered boat can sit out front. This ends that conversation.

Questions
Before you call.
How much does boat storage cost in Davenport?
Covered boat bays at QC Storage start at $135/mo for a 10' × 26' (PWC and small trailers) and run $165–$185/mo for 12' × 35' bays that hold most runabouts and pontoons. Indoor bays start at $295/mo. Rates are month-to-month with no long-term contract, and off-season-only terms are available.
Should I choose indoor or covered boat storage?
Covered storage blocks sun, hail and snow load and is the best value for trailered boats that come out most weekends. Indoor storage adds full weather enclosure, a 110v outlet at the bay for a battery tender, and more protection for wake boats with towers, gelcoat you care about, or anything stored all winter.
How often can I access my boat?
As often as you like — access is 24/7 and included, 365 days a year. No gate to wait on and no code to forget. Aisles are 50 ft wide and plowed in winter, so you can hook up and pull out without a spotter.
How do I measure my boat for a storage bay?
Measure from the tip of the trailer tongue to the furthest point back — usually the outboard or the swim platform, not the hull. Then add two feet. For height, measure to the top of the tower or windshield with the boat on the trailer, not the hull depth.
Can I shrink wrap in the bay?
Yes for covered and outdoor-facing bays. For indoor bays we ask that wrapping be done on the rinse pad rather than inside the building, and we can point you at local wrappers who come to the site.
Can I get the boat out mid-winter?
Yes. The lot is open 24/7, year round. Aisles are plowed. If you are winterized and want it pulled, that is your call — we do not restrict access seasonally.
Do you have power for a battery tender?
Indoor bays in Buildings A and B have a 110v outlet at the bay. Covered rows do not. If keeping batteries topped through the winter matters to you, book indoor.
Do you offer boat detailing or winterization?
We do not do the work ourselves, but the site has a rinse and prep pad, air, water and dump access, and we can recommend local mobile winterization outfits who already work here.
